James Henry from Le Doyenne in France and Scott Huggins from Magill Estate, SA will skilfully craft an exquisite menu featuring entrée, two snacks, main courses, and sides. Darren Purchese will present one of his signature show-stopping desserts, and he will also impress us with a cheese course, showcasing a selection of cheeses—both local and French—meticulously curated by Valerie Henbest of The Smelly Cheese Shop. The cheese experience will be elevated with Darren’s uniquely modern approach to accompaniments. Each course will be impeccably complemented by expertly paired beverages.
