Join us for a masterclass hosted by Darren Purchese and Cath Claringbold. This time we are celebrating! Celebrating World Chocolate Day on 7th July and celebrating one of our favourite ingredients… *drum roll* pears.

You will learn how to make a very special and delicious cake. Darren takes this classic B&P flavour cake to the next level with new tips and tricks to help you create something magical.

This cake will be a new and modern version and include new recipes not seen on Studio Kitchen before. The picture here is indicative of the flavour only and is taken from the pages of Darren’s book Sweet Studio.

We invite you to join us for an engaging, informative, and undeniably delicious masterclass experience.

  • A link to access the class will be sent to your email 24 hours prior, along with the recipes.
  • Please note, this is a virtual event intended for demonstration purposes only; it is not a cook-along class.
  • During the session, Darren Purchese will showcase the recipes, share insights, tips, and answer any questions you may have.
  • Ticket sales will conclude at 2pm on Saturday, July 6th, or when sold out.
