Would you like to know the secrets to the perfect chewy nougat?

Darren will show you how to make the most delicious torrone using some very special fruits. There will be an explaination of how the process works along with a demonstration on how to dip each bar in decadent dark chocolate. Darren will talk about the history of this much loved confection. We will use the best Aussie ingredients to make a new classic for your repertoire.

Aussie Inspired

Darren’s nougat showcases great Aussie produce including candied pineapple, toasted macadamia nuts, and more. You’re going to learn the temperatures needed for perfect chewiness. Plus you’ll learn how to shape, press, cut and store your prized confection.

This fun and informative masterclass will arm you with substitutions to some of the ingredients and you’ll have the opportunity to ask a few questions. You will receive a link to the recipes Darren is demonstrating prior to the class. That means the content will be available to access on Studio Kitchen on the day of class.

This is a virtual event and please note, this is not a cook along class.

This class is a demonstration by Darren and he will show you the recipes, ideas, tips and tricks to empower you in your own kitchen.

This class is open to all Founder and Premium subscription members. Any tickets left will be available to purchase for all other subscribers and guests on a first come first served basis.
