375g vanilla sauce
160 ml spiced Rum, Brandy or Bourbon
80 ml milk, whole
80 ml cream, thickened
 nutmeg, freshly grated
 ice cubes

Place the vanilla sauce, alcohol, milk and cream into a cocktail shaker with the ice cube and seal the top with a pint glass. Shake like a cocktail for a minute. Strain the drink into six glasses and grate over fresh nutmeg. Serve immediately.
