COFFEE INFUSED VODKA

700 ml Vodka
150g coffee beans, course freshly ground

ESPRESSO MARTINIS

250 ml coffee infused Vodka
100 ml milk, whole
80 ml espresso, freshly made
50 ml sugar syrup 1-1

Mix the coarsely crushed coffee beans into a 700ml bottle of vodka. Cover and leave in the pantry for 1 week. Strain through a muslin and store the infused vodka in the freezer, discard the coffee beans.

Chill some martini glasses in the freezer. Add ice cubes to fill a cocktail shaker and add all of the above ingredients. Stir the contents for two minutes and strain into the glasses.
