A bit of fun, this festive tree is so simple to make but it will light up your table.

1000g yoghurt, thick
10g salt
5tbsp fresh herbs, parsley, chives, coriander, mint finely chopped
30 baby cherry tomatoes

Mix the salt into the yoghurt and ‘hang’ it in a muslin lined sieve over a bowl for a minimum of 36 hours.

Remove the thick labne from the cloth and turn out onto a serving dish and use a palette knife to ‘shape’ into a Christmas tree.

Cover with chopped herbs and cherry tomatoes.

Serve as part of a festive sharing board with cucumber and carrot Christmas trees, festive shaped crackers, ham and more.
