Memberships

1.0 Free, Premium or Founding Membership, TERMS and FEES 

1.1 Free Membership is free to join and creating an account is optional and at the users discretion.

1.2 Premium Memberships are accessed only by purchasing a yearly subscription. These plans cannot be altered or changed in anyway. Please refer to our ‘subscription tab’ for current pricing. Studio Kitchen reserves the right to change the subscription fee and will provide a minimum of 28 days’ notice for any changes in fees to current subscribers.

1.3 Founding Memberships are accessed only by purchasing a yearly subscription. These plans cannot be altered or changed in anyway. Please refer to our ‘subscription tab’ for current pricing. Studio Kitchen reserves the right to change the subscription fee and will provide a minimum of 28 days’ notice for any changes in fees to current subscribers. Founding Memberships will be available to purchase up until Feb 1st 2024.

1.4 Premium and Founding memberships operate as an OPT-OUT SERVICE. This means that your annual fee will be debited from your credit card account as per your yearly subscription. You must cancel your subscription in order to stop the automatic payments.

1.5 – Annual Memberships are charged EVERY YEAR on the anniversary from the date you first subscribed.

1.6 Please note that Premium and Founding Members who signed on before Feb 1st 2024 will have a subscription date reset to commence from Feb 1st 2024.

2.0 Changes and Cancellations

2.1 You can cancel your Online Subscription at any time by following these 4 simple steps.
Step 1) Log into your account using your email and password
Step 2) Click ‘Account’
Step 3) Click ‘Subscriptions’
Step 4) Click the ‘Cancel’ button in the ‘Actions’ section
This may take up to 48 – 72 hours (window cancellation period) from the moment you submit this request before your account will be affected. If your bank account is debited during the ‘cancellation window period of 48-72 hours, please email team@studiokitchen.com.au for a refund of the amount which was automatically debited.

2.2 – Cancelling your PayPal reoccurring payment through PayPal directly will result in a cancellation of your subscription. This means that if you cancel your PayPal reoccurring payment during your cycle, you will forfeit any days remaining. No pro-rata refund will be issued.

2.3 – If you cancel your subscription during the year, you will not be refunded for the remaining days left on your subscription. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Studio Kitchen for the remaining paid days left on your subscription. No pro-rata refund will be issued for this service. You will need to re-subscribe in order to renew your online subscription.

2.4 – We do not pause / put on hold any monthly or annual subscriptions.

2.5 – By accepting the Terms & Conditions outlined by Studio Kitchen you acknowledge that payment for an Online Subscription is non-refundable.

2.6 – Studio Kitchen reserves the right to refuse sale of subscriptions to users, or suspend or cancel subscriptions of users found to be misusing content or breaching these Terms & Conditions.

3.0 Copyright and Distribution Policy

3.1 – All materials posted on Studio Kitchen are copyrighted and remain the property of Studio Kitchen Pty Ltd.

3.2 – Any users found to be distributing or publishing recipes, videos, images and other content from Online Classes without the written consent of Studio Kitchen will face immediate legal action.

3.3 – Studio Kitchen Video Lessons and Online Masterclass are for personal use only and cannot be shown in schools, institutions, etc, without written approval from Studio Kitchen Pty Ltd.

Ticketed Online Masterclasses

All classes are virtual and will be streamed via Zoom from our Studio Kitchen. You are required to be in the waiting room 10 minutes prior to the listed start time.

Booking Confirmation & Payments

Class bookings can only be purchased online.

Cancellations / Changes of your Class Booking (made by the Customer)

Class cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Studio Kitchen operate a no refund policy when cancelling after this time limit.

Studio Kitchen reserves the right to change or cancel a ‘confirmed’ class without notice. While we endeavour to run all classes as scheduled, unforeseen circumstances or insufficient class numbers may lead to a class being cancelled or changed. In the event of a class cancellation or change by Studio Kitchen, customers will be issued a full refund.

Late or no show for a Masterclass.

Customers that have purchased a ticket and miss a class will not be able to access the class at a later date. Please take care when making your purchase.
Premium and Founding Members who miss a class will be able to access a recording at anytime.

Online Retail

Our Exchange & Refund Policy
We, ‘Studio Kitchen’ will exchange or refund any item if it is faulty or not as advertised. We do not offer exchange or refunds if the customer has had a ‘change of mind’. We do not offer exchange or refunds on sale items.

Shipping 

Please note that from time to time (when we are working interstate) items may take longer to ship. We will mark these items in our shop so that you are aware of any delays.

Please note that during a sale period, a longer processing time of an additional two business days may apply.

Studio Kitchen delivers items Australia-wide using Australia Post. We aim to have all goods dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order (except over public holidays). A tracking number for deliveries by Australia Post will be sent to you via email directly from Australia Post.

Standard Metro area deliveries Australia-wide may take approximately 3-5 business days for delivery. Regional / Rural areas may take approximately 5-10 business days. If you have not received your order within 5 business days (metro) or 10 business days (regional / rural), please contact Australia Post directly quoting your tracking number.

Express delivery to Metro may take approx 1-2 business days for delivery. Regional/Rural areas may take longer, approximately 2-5 business days.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by Australia Post.  including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided by the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Studio Kitchen aims to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact us at team@studiokitchen.com.au to discuss replacement or return of the item. Please note that this does not apply to items damaged during delivery by the carrier or damage due to incorrect use.
